What is mindset?
In the first chapter, we’re going to dive into more detail about what mindset is, looking at some of the research that has been done on the subject by world-renowned professor of psychology Carol Dweck, and how her studies have ignited the use of growth mindset across a number of different industries.
Why is mindset important?
In this chapter we are going to explore why mindset is important to you as an entrepreneur, and by recognising, understanding and developing your mindset, you can become a more effective entrepreneurial leader.
The differences between fixed and growth mindsets
In the final chapter, we’re going to look at the different outcomes of adopting a fixed and a growth mindset, introduce you to a simple tool to recognise this and hear from some entrepreneurs about their experiences.
