- Don’t wait until you’re ready to sell, you need to prepare a lot earlier than when you’re ready to leave your business
- One of the first things any business owner should do when they’re starting their own business is look at exactly what cash they need to fulfil their plans and dreams. This means you are working towards your exit strategy, whatever it may be, from the outset.
